Look, we believe in transparency – and that’s exactly what in-demand web, data, and IT professionals are looking for. That’s why we show everything: the hiring manager, a potential team colleague, the workplace, the coffee (very important!), and yes – the salary too.
Because this generates 35% more response and natural pre-selection. We work with you to decide who to approach – only candidates you would have invited yourself. But now they get a personal video invitation from you inviting them for an interview. The result? A response rate of 30-50% and an excellent candidate experience.
How does it work?
We visit you for an intake, ask lots of relevant questions to gather concrete information, and immediately record six videos: five for the vacancy and one to approach candidates with. No huge film crew – just a mobile phone, tripod, and good microphones.
We believe in “one-takers” – no slick studio recordings but authentic material. This keeps costs low and the story real. Because you want a match that works, not a disappointed candidate because the marketing department didn’t tell the true story.
We’re honest about the vacancy and make a realistic assessment. Is it a recruitment vacancy (low response, headhunting needed) or a selection vacancy (high response, focus on selection)? Because that determines our approach and your costs.
What does it cost?
Of course that’s what you want to know. Our way of working is crystal-clear: a menu with fixed prices per action. No surprises, no hassle.
You choose what to outsource: intake, vacancy publishing, candidate research, interviews, reference checks. Our goal? The lowest cost per new employee for you.
Bonus: are you interested in multiple candidates? A second or third candidate from the same round won’t cost you any extra.
