What is it?
Those 12,000 professionals in our database are there for a reason. We’ve spent 25 years building a network of people who have explicitly said: yes, I’m open to new opportunities. No random LinkedIn scraping, but people who actually want to make a move. And you’ll notice the difference.
Here’s how it works: you search anonymously using our AI search engine and see how many people match your criteria. Found someone interesting? We email and message that person on your behalf and if they respond positively, you’ll get their contact details and CV. Done.
How does it work?
As a registered client, you can see how many candidates match your criteria. Anonymized of course – we respect our people’s privacy. We neatly filter out (former) employees from your own organization – that goes without saying. After all, you already know them.
Got someone in mind? Just use the contact form to let us know who you’d like to speak to and for which role. We will pick up the phone, tell them about your vacancy, and see if there’s any interest. If someone wants to know more, we’ll send you their contact details and CV immediately. From that point on, you manage the process yourself.
What does it cost?
We love transparency, so here are our prices – crystal-clear: searching our database costs you absolutely nothing. For approaching a candidate, we charge €9. Want to talk to someone? We share their contact details and CV for €99. If that person eventually joins your team, you pay €999.
No surprises later, no vague arrangements you’ll get charged for afterwards. Just crystal-clear agreements. And if three candidates are interested but you only hire one? You only pay for that one. That’s how it works.
