Vacancy: Digital Support Officer (FSSC)
Function
FSSC is growing worldwide. For this worldwide growth, the role of IT for its organization as well for its customers, is becoming more and more important. Therefore, FSSC is looking for a Digital Support (DS) Officer. As a DS Officer you are responsible for supporting colleagues and customers on all operational aspects related to the use of the IT services; IT infrastructure and software applications.
The DS Officer is part of the operational meetings with colleagues, customers and IT suppliers, and is expected to proactively suggest improvements and support developments to further professionalize the IT systems.
Key-result area’s:
- Providing timely answers to IT questions of users
- Developing and maintaining the IT part of the knowledge base
- Provide training on IT products to the Global Team, Partners, and stakeholders
- Support inhouse developed software solutions for internal and external users
- Support of IT application landscape, like office applications & intranet, in collaboration with suppliers
- Onboarding of new applications

FSSC employs over 50 professionals. Half work in the Netherlands, and the rest are in other locations worldwide.
To help support the FSSC IT infrastructure and application landscape worldwide, FSSC is looking for a Digital Support Officer.
Requirements
Your education, knowledge, experience:
- A good and wide IT knowledge and interest
- Specific knowledge in:
- Microsoft Office 365 Business (Exchange / AD / OneDrive / Teams)
- Windows and Mac OS
- Ticket systems like Freshdesk / FreshService
- Knowledge of software development process
- Knowledge of supporting users with the use and implementation of API’s
- IT project management and service delivery skills
- Fluent in English: ability to read, write, and speak at a high proficiency level
