Back in the late ’90s, we started e-people because as experienced IT recruitment specialists, we believed recruitment could be done differently. No opaque structures or hidden agendas, just honestly telling you what it costs and how we work. Over 25 years later, we’re still stubborn enough to stick to that approach.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n

Too often we see recruitment focused on quick wins instead of good matches. Agencies pushing candidates to sign, employers paying for thin air, and no parties actually satisfied. We have a genuine love for what we do. That moment when the perfect match emerges – that feeling remains a special one, even after all these years. A developer who finally finds a team where they feel at home, a product owner who is given the space to make real impact, an architect who can actually implement their plans. That’s what we’re here for.<\/p>\n

At the same time, everyone at e-people is an entrepreneur. That means we understand what it feels like to have to mind every penny, to bear responsibility for results, and to lie awake at night thinking about the results of our actions. That entrepreneurial mindset is in everything we do and ensures we look at your budget as if it’s our own. We conduct searches in an efficient and focused manner, without unnecessary costs.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″]\n

For us, honest recruitment means: selecting on what actually matters. We work according to the NVP Job Application Code<\/a> and the Recruitercode<\/a> and believe in inclusive hiring. We look at talent and expertise, not age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity or religion. And if a client wants us to focus on the latter, we have an honest conversation about why that won\u2019t happen. If we can\u2019t come to a joint understanding, we will give the assignment back.<\/p>\n

Neither do we look for people who just switch employers without taking any steps forward. Why would you look for someone who can already do everything? The best people are constantly looking to develop themselves. And you will see that honesty reflected in our freelance assignments too. You see exactly where you’ll end up and who you’ll be working with. Just as transparent as with permanent jobs.
